Hello! I am writing this because I know a lot of things have changed in the real estate world and I expect that to continue. In the forty plus years I have been representing buyers and sellers of real property I have learned that the sense that there is something called "stability" in the real estate market is but an illusion. Everyone who has owned a piece of property which they thought was incredibly expensive ten years or more ago now brags to their friends and relations about their wise purchase, sometimes laughing about how dubious they were that they would ever see an increase in value. Yes, it is true that real estate here has always been expensive, going back to the days of the Gold Rush. This city and county has always been expensive, And it has often made vast fortunes for those who were prescient enough to invest in the limited space that San Francisco occupies.

So... here you are now, and you don't know how to get started. You ask your friends for advice, you may ask them to refer you to someone, but I am going to tell you why you should hire me to represent you as your Real Estate Agent when buying a property.

  18. I have done almost every kind of real estate transaction including sales and leasing of residential and commercial properties
  19. I have represented buyers in probates and trusts and have facilitated IRC 1031 tax-deferred exchanges

  22. And last but not least… I am a great negotiator. That is beyond being a bargain shopper, negotiating is a huge part of what I do. Every morning I make a deal with myself to have a good day… so you will benefit from how hard I work at this and how good I am at it.
